Subject: Historical - WWII

Hello,

I am looking for book suggestions along the theme of WWII and how it affected the lives of those who lived through it. Preferably fiction but I'm open to non-fiction suggestions as well. Bonus points for books that deal with codebreaking during the War.

There are some exceedingly popular books along this track such as Night by Elie Wiesel, The Boy In The Striped Pajamas by John Boyne, and The Book Thief by Markus Zusak but I would like to get a deeper look at other books set in this time.

Thank you,
Marissa
