Oh boy, I get to suggest Brandon Sanderson again! He wrote the last three WoT books and is an excellent author in his own right. Start with the Mistborn trilogy, or jump right into the Stormlight Archive if you want another huge series. He writes fairly quickly, so you don't have to wait too long between books. 😊

Fantasy is a genre that I read a lot when I was younger, but grew out of as I got older. I loved Robert Jordan's The Wheel of Time and George R.R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire, though the next novel in that series doesn't appear to be coming out anytime soon. Does anyone have any recommendations for fantasy novels/series similar to these two popular authors? I do enjoy Joe Abercrombie, but I've read all of his books and am looking for new authors in this genre.
