If your library offers online RA services, I'm wondering if there is a specific staff member assigned to that work.
Particularly:
Online, on-demand Chat service - who do those requests go to?
Find Your Next Read type of service with a questionnaire completed and submitted - who fulfills that service at your library and is it just part of their daily duties or are there so many submissions that it requires a dedicated staff to fulfill the requests?
Just curious how it all works behind the scenes. I don't work in a library.
