I don't have a commute right now, in fact, I rarely leave the home, but I don't know if I could have an audio book at night. I am afraid of falling asleep and not getting the full experience of an audio book. I need to have my hands occupied and I think that's why i like paper books because it keeps my hands busy.

Is there an activity I could do while listening to an audio book that could help me concentrate without making me fall asleep?

Thank you!
