Good morning!

I am getting ready to work on a research project which is mostly about
undergraduates acceptance of eBooks (using some version of the
Technology Acceptance Model and surveys that have been developed
around it).  In discussion with others in my research group, it has
been suggested I try to capture not just preferences but also actual
habits.

Is anyone familiar with a survey I might use or adapt?
