Hi, Kerry and everyone,

I was also wondering how RA services were handled by most libraries.  The library I work for does not specifically offer any RA services and I was hoping maybe we could start.  Is it best for one person to handle it or for several people with different areas of expertise to handle it?  Is there much of a demand for the service in general?
